Iride — real-time log intelligence
Advanced log management system for Italy's gas distribution leader, built on Elastic Stack. Replaced a legacy BPM and ensured data consistency across 10+ systems.
How it works
After a 2-year project to replace the core BPM, the client needed to guarantee data consistency across 10+ systems — spanning everything from technical to commercial and legal. We first had every system generate standardized logs, then built Iride on the Elastic Stack to track every procedure code through the entire application map. We analyzed 30+ procedure types, mapped every possible failure point (1,000+), defined the KPIs to monitor, and wired up automatic ServiceNow ticket creation whenever a threshold is breached.
My role
As Senior Product Manager reporting to Reply's Senior Partner, I led the entire system build — requirements gathering, systems functional analysis, Elastic Stack infrastructure setup, dashboard design, and alert system configuration — managing a cross-functional team of 5 with 2 direct reports.
Results
A critical, fully-integrated system for the client's everyday operations. Closed a deal valued at $440K for Reply, plus additional developments and ongoing system maintenance.
